Collection & Delivery

We offer free next day collection for most items from our Barnes store. If the item is not available for store collection, this option will not be indicated. 

Orders which are available for collection will be ready the same day or next day. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to collect.​

We offer standard home delivery within 3-5 business days for £4.95, or express delivery within 3 business days for £9.95.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you'll be happy with your purchase but if you would like to exchange or return an item bought through us online, you have 14 days from receipt to do so. 

Please send us an email at and notify us which item(s) you wish to return and send the item(s) to our Barnes store at the following address, ensuring we receive these within 14 days from when you received the original delivery. Please enclose the original packing slip inside your package.

Items should be sent to: SW SKI, 48 Barnes High Street, London SW13 9LN.

Items must be unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

If you would prefer to bring the item(s) for return to our Barnes store in person, please have your receipt or order confirmation with you. 

Refunds will automatically be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, within 4 days of receiving the returned items. Please allow up to 10 days for funds to arrive in your bank. We're sorry but we are unable to refund any delivery charges or cover the cost of return postage.
